A plan before you travel

Build a pre-trip savings schedule.

Plan contributions before the wedding or trip. This is a savings illustration; no funds are collected and no supplier balance is reserved.

Actual deposits, supplier deadlines, interest and financing terms need separate confirmation.

Applications are not open. Here is what the process should explain when a lending partner is connected.

  1. 1
    Understand the partner and terms

See who provides the loan, eligibility criteria, APR, fees and repayment timing.

  2. 2
    Authorize the credit inquiry

Know whether it is soft or hard before deciding to continue.

  3. 3
    Verify identity with the partner

Submit any required SSN or identity document through the approved secure flow.

  4. 4
    Review an actual offer

Read the agreement, funding schedule and cancellation or refund implications before accepting.

Questions, answered

Know where you stand.

Can I apply for a wedding loan through Kaeva now?

No. Kaeva is currently an information and repayment-planning website. No lender is connected, and applications, funding and credit checks are not available.

Does the calculator affect my credit score?

No credit inquiry is performed. Changing calculator inputs and saving an estimate on this browser does not submit a lending application.

Is the assumed APR a rate I can get?

No. The APR is an editable illustration input, not an advertised or approved rate. Actual loan terms depend on the lending partner, eligibility, underwriting and the agreement.

Will I need to provide my SSN?

A lending partner may require identity information. Kaeva does not collect SSNs or identity documents on this site. A future application must explain the recipient, purpose and secure submission process.

Can repayment start after my wedding?

That has not been arranged. Repayment start dates depend on the actual lender agreement and funding date. Do not assume payments are deferred until after the wedding.

What happens if the wedding is cancelled?

A supplier refund and a loan obligation are separate matters. Before borrowing, understand how refunds are applied, any nonrefundable supplier charges, and what repayment remains due under the lender’s agreement.

Applications are not available yet

Know the process before you apply.

This preview does not collect personal information, run a credit check, verify identity, or submit an application.

  1. Review the named lending partner. Eligibility, APR, fees, total repayment and privacy notice must be available.
  2. Authorize the inquiry. Soft versus hard credit inquiries must be explained before submission.
  3. Use secure partner verification. The partner may request identity information or an SSN. No such fields are provided here.
  4. Review the actual decision and agreement. Identity checks, credit approval and funding are distinct steps.

An estimate is not prequalification, an approval, a reserved rate or a loan offer.
